Quercetin, a bioflavonoid found in grapes, onions, and red wine, can have a powerful healing affect on food allergies and some types of chronic pain by helping to reduce the effects of histamine. This product is derived from blue-green algae.  It has a mild taste but does not dissolve in water. Ingredients:  Pure Quercetin powder.  A level 1/2 teaspoon contains 1000mg of Quercetin.
